HQ Visit Appointment

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE BELOW

Looking to purchase a bat in-person? Great! We now have limited appointments available which can be booked directly via the link below, and we'd love to welcome you down to the HQ! We charge a nominal £10 non-refundable deposit for all appointments, which will be deducted from any purchases made on the day. We will contact you to confirm your appointment, and likewise any issues please do let us know and we will work with you to re-arrange your appointment. No bookings are final until an email is received from us.

We ask all customers to ensure they arrive on-time for their appointment as we have very limited time available for these visits and we want to ensure all customers visiting us have an appropriate length of time to choose their new bat. Please also note, our current online stock shows a live inventory so if there is a particular item you are looking to purchase then please ensure it is in stock online before visiting - we do not hold any additional stock. 

We should also note that our HQ is only a modest warehouse unit on a working farm, if you're expecting a tour of a full-scale bat making facility then you will be disappointed - WE DO NOT MAKE BATS AT THE HQ!!

We do however have a small, yet perfectly formed, retail area where you can go through our current stock of bats one-by-one to choose the perfect bat, and try on our great softs range to find the right fit for you, while chatting all things cricket of course!
